Design your document
Arrange text, images, answers and numbered clauses on pages.
Elements and selection
Choose an element from Add or drag it onto the document. Click an element to select it; click its text again to write. Click empty page space to deselect. Use the Tools and Settings controls to collapse either side panel without changing your document.
Text, numbering and answers
Use headings to organise sections and numbered clauses for content that needs automatic numbering. The formatting toolbar appears while editing text. Add an Answer to display a form value wherever it is needed. Reuse the same answer source for repeated names or identifiers.
Images and logos
Select an image to change its width and left, centre or right alignment. Keep its proportions when scaling. Use meaningful alternative text for images that convey information; decorative images need no description.
Cover pages and page breaks
Open Document settings and enable the flexible cover page. Arrange its text and images on the cover grid—for example, a centred logo, document title and client name. Use New page between document pages to begin a fresh page.
Undo and navigation
Use Undo and Redo for recent edits. The outline jumps to headings. Use zoom controls to fit the page or width; collapsing panels gives the canvas more space. Save before switching documents.
